Since the pandemic several top class musicians have relocated to Devon and in the case of Jules Hay have become a part of our TJB’s community.

Originally from Kent and now Devon based, guitarist Jules Hay has a deep passion for jazz, fusion and Latin music. Having spent extensive time in Brazil, composing recording and touring it has only served to deepen his understanding of Brazilian music and has been instrumental in developing his own blend of Brazilian inspired Jazz fusion.

He has played extensively in both Brazil and London and the south east including Toulouse Lautrec Jazz club,  Green Note,. Mount Vineyard festival  and Jazz inn , Florianopolis

His two albums , ‘From London to Little London’ and ‘Where Next’, recorded out in Brazil, have received rave reviews.

Jules will be performing a number of originals and his own take on a number of Brazilian and fusion classics with his quartet.
