Teignmouth Jazz and Blues are sorry to announce the cancellation of Jim Crawfords show due to poor advance ticket sales. The Club are aiming to bring Jim back to Teignmouth later in the year.
Jim Crawford has been a stalwart of the British blues & roots scene for the past 35yrs. Jim’s plays with a great understanding of where blues originates, his soulful voice is complimented by skilful guitar backing. Jim has been featured on the Paul Jones blues show. He’s played extensively throughout the UK & the republic of Ireland.. including The Edinburgh Festival…The Guinness Dublin blues fest, etc. He’s also toured in France, Switzerland & the USA. He’s regarded as a fine song-smith. His ballad “When the Rains Came” was recorded by Beth Rowley on her hit album “Little Dreamer”. He has recorded three albums…”Blues Boy”…”When the Rains Came” & “Roots & Originals”.
There will be a couple of special guests as well!
