Originally from Glasgow but based Russell Sinclair is rapidly developing a name for himself as one of the most talented young Bluesmen in the South West, with a voice so soulful you could be mistaken for thinking you were listening to music in the 'Deep South'.Compiling the sounds of energetic Chicago Blues, Southern Soul, Swing and Roots, Russell plays both originals and covers with his band 'The Smokin’ Locos', contrasting songs of intimacy with high energy driving numbers.Russell's earnest and evocative blend of lyricism is a big part of his music, and his approach as a storyteller emotional and highly relatable.
